Dr Giulia Savastano
She earned her degree in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from Universidad Europea de Valencia (UEV) and has been in clinical practice since 2019. From the outset of her career, she has pursued an advanced, structured training path, completing two postgraduate master’s programs at Universitat Jaume I (UJI) in Spain: a Master’s in Neuromuscular Orthodontics and Craniomandibular Orthopedics, and a Master’s in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. This dual specialization reflects her commitment to a comprehensive approach that integrates craniofacial growth, function, and orthodontic biomechanics.
She is an active member of the International Association of Pediatric Dentistry (IAPD) and the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics (ICCMO). She also completed a certification course in Pediatric Dentistry in Rome and further expanded her orthodontic expertise with an advanced program in the Tweed technique in Arizona (USA, 2022). She regularly attends continuing education and professional development courses to remain current with evolving clinical protocols, materials, and evidence-based methods.
Clinically, she has a strong vocation for working with children, including patients with special healthcare needs. Her daily practice focuses primarily on pediatric dentistry, restorative dentistry, and orthodontics, with particular attention to early assessment and prevention. She aims to identify developmental or functional concerns as early as possible, build a trusting relationship with both child and family, and guide each patient through a supportive dental pathway that promotes healthy, harmonious growth. Her approach prioritizes gentle communication, minimally invasive strategies when appropriate, and individualized planning—so that each child can develop not only a healthy smile, but also a stable functional foundation over time.
